Michael Pollan has been a voice for healthy eating for the past quarter-century. His books stay on the bestseller lists for weeks and months at a time. Now, Pollan has been instrumental in a documentary film based on his book, In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto [613 POL, also AB/CD 613 POL]. The film aired last week on PBS.
